WWE has announced they have come to terms on the release of Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore.

Enzo Amore (Eric Arndt) was accused of sexual assault earlier this week and was suspended Monday just before RAW 25. The official release states only that “WWE has come to terms on the release of Eric Arndt (Enzo Amore).”: this is noteworthy due to the fact it does not wish him well in future endeavors (as it does with other releases). An official statement on the suspension said that: “WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault.”

There are no plans on what will happen with Enzo Amore’s scheduled title defense at the Royal Rumble.

ProWrestlingSheet.com has the story on the initial report. The investigation has not been completed: However, Phoenix Police are just waiting on official test results.

We will update the story as further details are released.

Update:

According to Fightful.com ,Enzo Amore was aware of the accusations all the way back in October, but didn’t inform WWE officials until yesterday. This was apparently a contributing factor to Enzo’s swift firing.
