In spite of Father’s Day, I was lucky enough to have watched most of Money in the Bank live. I wanted to take a moment to shout out Vincent McMahon for doing what he does best – what he wants.

The past week of WWE programming was particularly mediocre, with New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Dominion event outshining whatever garbage was put on by The Vince McMahon. As Money in the Bank falls on this coming Sunday, the go-home shows –
Last week’s RAW was unsuprisingly mediocre. Good in-ring work doesn’t compensate for garbage storytelling. No doubt remains heading into Money in the Bank – this will be predicated on in-ring action, not storyline payoff. Weird for a wrestling show, right?
