Throughout the 2018 NFL Offseason we’ll be releasing positional rankings along side our mock drafts. 2017 saw breakout performances from young quarterbacks like Deshaun Watson and Carson Wentz, while veterans Matt Ryan and Drew Brees took a step back from their usual dominance.
These rankings do not include possible retirements or rookies that may be drafted in 2018 and are based on current 2018 mock draft ADP’s.

Impressive performances throughout the season by young guns Watson, Wentz and Goff slingshot them up the rankings compared to last year. While they all look to have bright futures, Watson is slightly favored when it comes to Fantasy Football due to the capability to extend the play with his legs.
I’m a huge advocate for quarterbacks that are dual threat; based off yards alone this year Russel Wilson got 58.6 points simply from running the ball. At the end of the day, whether or not a quarterback frequently runs the ball should be a determining factor in your draft.
2018 looks to be a good year for quarterbacks as the new era of young guys look to take over, while not every quarterback coming into the draft this year will crack into the top 20. Expect to see some changes throughout the offseason as QB’s retire and get moved.
