Hello darkness, my old friend…
It’s Monday Night RAW, and that means that I scream into the darkness of the internets and call it a weekly blog. This week’s edition of RAW holds some promise; some rumoured returns and it’s proximity to Survivor Series has had many “smarks” eagerly anticipating what events will unfold, and all signs point to a great go-home show!
And great deals at Little Caesars!
Without further ado, let’s throw knives at the wall! (Please don’t throw knives at your wall)

This Week’s Predictions
Unfortunately, WWE confirmed this morning that the Roman Reigns will be returning to RAW this Monday.
It’s as if a million voices cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced.
Reigns’ absence has had a marked impact; Kurt Angle got off the bench to sub in for Reigns at TLC, Triple H followed suit during the recent European tour, and many attribute Jason Jordan’s unseemly addition to the RAW Men’s Team to Reign’s untimely illness.
*millions of voices crying out in terror intensifies*
Heading into this evening’s events, it’s been announced the reformed Shield will take on the Miz and newly crowned RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar - the same men that beat Rollins and Ambrose last week, with unintended assistance from The New Day. With New Day costing Rollins and Ambrose the tag titles, it seems some retribution is at hand; perhaps with a similar assault on the New Day’s home turf tomorrow night?
Strong Survivor Series implications also come in form of a rumoured return - Paige.
With one spot left on the RAW Women’s Team, it seemed preordained that Bayley would be the woman to fill it; but Paige’s recent clearance to return to the ring provides some unpredicatability. Paige has not been far from the minds of many fans - her past year has been a whirlwind of assault charges, salacious videos, and the like.
Her reputation may be mildly tarnished - for true absence of a better word - but everyone makes mistakes. Her return would do more than bolster the women’s team; it would be fantastic for the division as a whole, and for Paige as well. Bayley can sit this one out. Sucks for her!
Finally, reigning Universal Champion Brock Lesnar has new opponent on Sunday… A.J Styles.
Styles shocked the world when he took the title from Mahal last Tuesday - How will Lesnar react?
The Rest of the Roster
Survivor Series is a set show, but there are still a few unresolved feuds between members of the roster; some feuds that may carry into the show.
Braun Strowman was robbed last week. A win over the Miz could have won him a shot at the Intercontinental Title, and for as much as I love The Miz, it would be a near certain victory for the Monster among Munchkins. However, God himself emerged and cost Strowman the match, and possibly some pride. KANE has been on the warpath, and a match with Strowman seems a forgone conclusion. Kane is conspicuously absent from Survivor Series; will he strike against Strowman tonight, or possibly wait until this Sunday?
That’s it from the author’s end - now we want to hear what you think? Are you looking forward to tonight, or biding time until Survivor Series? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below, and don’t forget to tweet me at @Hlovemillionair - see you next week!
