Another major name is set to make their RCW debut, as Real Canadian Wrestling management announced that Impact Wrestling’s Moose would be appearing for the promotion on March 8th and 9th. The appearances will be taking place in Calgary and Edmonton, respectively.

Thus far, there is no word on an opponent for the former Impact Grand Champion.

It’s the promotions second major foray into bringing in a big name following a wildly successful appearance from Nicole Matthews earlier this month.

Moose - real name Quinn Ojinnaka - built his reputation in football prior to becoming a professional wrestler. Drafted in the 5th round of the 2006 NFL Draft, Ojinnaka went on to play six seasons in the league, making appearances for the Falcons, Patriots, Rams and Colts. Since making his wrestling debut in 2014, Moose has earned a reputation as one of the most talented wrestlers on the independent scene. Not only has he wrestled for Impact/TNA, but Ring of Honor, Evolve, New Japan Pro Wrestling and Pro Wrestling NOAH among others. In 2015, Moose was named the PWI Rookie of the Year after making the transition to wrestling.

More information will be announced as it becomes available.
