Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Manchester United
United are hosting Wolverhampton Wanderers this weekend for a Saturday match. The Manchester squad had a good showing in the midweek where they played BSC Young Boys. Luke Shaw made his return after his concussion and looked like he was in form again. Martial was able to bag a goal and looked impressive. Matic and Rashford are suspended for the match. Pogba also got a brace in the UEFA game and is showing some fantastic form.
Wolverhampton was able to get a win over the struggling Burnley last matchday. Ruben Neves is one to watch and should be a future star for Portugal. They will look to sit deep and hold off the United attacks.
The last match between them had a convincing 5-0 win for Manchester United. This was back in 2012 which had a huge difference in personality. Wolverhampton made their way back into the Premier League and will focus on staying up.
Everton vs Arsenal
Everton has only 2 victories against Arsenal since the start of the 2007-08 season (2W 6D 14L). The Toffees lost convincingly 5-2 and 5-1 to the Gunners last season. Everton gets a boost with the return of Richarlison after his suspension.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s debut match as a Gunner was in one of those victories, where he went on to score his first goal. After scoring twice in Thursday night’s Europa League victory over Ukrainian side Vorskla, expectations will be high to continue scoring at a high rate. So far this campaign he has only 1 goal and 0 assists in 5 appearances compared to 10 goals and 4 assists in 13 PL appearances last season.
Around the Premier League
